Harnessing the Power of ChatGPT with Salesforce Flow

We are all currently wrestling with what we can do with AI within our workflows. The common uses cases that have come up are of course drafting emails, but what else can it do is the question of the moment. Here at Campfire we have built a ChatGPT to Salesforce Flow connection that enables you to embed ChatGPT into any workflow built with flow. At first we also didn’t know how to use this connection that we built, but we have implemented a handful of use cases and hope that seeing some of these uses will inspire you too.


Ask ChatGPT Widget

The most obvious thing to first build with this connection was a widget to Ask ChatGPT any question. This solution that we have available will track all callouts performed including the question and response, it has a prompt library that enables users to select prompts, and it gives you granular control over the temperature and tokens used for each callout. Contact Title Normalization

The next use case that we started to play with was could we build automation that helps with data normalization. The idea that came to mind was normalizing contact titles into a Job Funciton and Management Level. If you think about titles they can be all over the place and if you are trying to build reports, automation, marketing strategy around titles it is normally impossible. So what we decided to do was see if ChatGPT could normalize Titles dynamically. Spoiler. It did it without question. Watch the demo below. Identifying Trends and Analyzing Data

The final area we wanted to explore was how we could use ChatGPT to synthesize data and provide direction on our account strategy. At Campfire we have an app that enables Account Planning. If you think about Account Planning your team every quarter is inputting valuable data and analysis of the health of an account and what needs to be done to grow the account’s revenue. This is a lot of data and trying to find trends within it can be difficult. We instantly thought of what if ChatGPT could analyze these account plans. Watch the demo below.
